This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, amendments, and refunds for bookings made through our website www.syvacations.com
1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Holiday Packages: If you need to cancel your holiday package, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made [14 days] prior to the start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees specified at the time of booking. Cancellations made within [7 days] of the start date may be subject to partial refunds, based on the terms and conditions provided during booking.
- Tours and Activities: Cancellations for tours and activities will be subject to the specific cancellation policies of the tour operator. Generally, cancellations made [3 days] before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees. Cancellations made within [1 days] of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which will be specified at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
1.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for your booked tour or activity without prior notice will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Sahaja Yatra Ventures LLP
2.1 Changes or Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, Sahaja Yatra Ventures LLP or our tour operators may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or provide a full refund, including any deposits paid.
2.2 Weather-Related Cancellations: If your tour or activity is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, we will do our best to reschedule it to a date that suits you. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
3. Amendments and Changes
3.1 Changes by Customer:
- Holiday Packages: If you wish to amend your booking (e.g., change dates or modify activities), please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes based on availability and may charge an amendment fee. Changes made within [X days] of the start date may be subject to additional fees or may not be possible.
- Tours and Activities: Amendments to tour or activity bookings are subject to the terms of the individual tour operator. We will assist in making changes where possible, but changes may incur additional charges.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within [7 days] of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
4.2 Bank Fees and Exchange Rates: In some cases, bank fees and exchange rate fluctuations may result in a difference between the amount originally paid and the refunded amount. Sahaja Yatra Ventures LLP is not responsible for any discrepancies due to such factors.
4.3 Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you need to cancel a booking made with a gift voucher, the voucher's value may be applied to another booking, subject to availability and any applicable terms.
